I’m looking at an elephant.I’m walking like an elephant. What are you doing here,Robin? Robin,do you want to swim like a fish? No!No!I don’t want to be a fish! 重点: 掌握Read and write中的句型和动词的现在分词,并完成课后习题。 难点: 现在进行时的理解和应用。 教具准备: PPT课件,动物图片,头饰,实物胡萝卜等。 一、Greetings & Warming up 1. Greetings T:Good morning, boys and girls! Ss:Good morning,Miss Li! T:How are you? Ss:I’m fine,thank you.And you? T:I’m fine,too.Clap your hands(one、two)学生有节奏拍手 2. Let’s sing a song:《What are you doing?》配动作 一、 Revision Review the words and their present participle(现在分词) T:Look at the pictures and guess the words as quickly as you can. 教师PPT依次呈现图片,请同学们快速说出单词 dance(dancing),eat(eating),run(running), walk(walking),climb(climbing),fly(flying) 一、 presentation Step1 Leading 由Sarah和Robin在动物园的情境,引出本课。 T:Sarah and Robin are at the zoo.Robin is excited.He sees many animals.And he can act out what they are doing. What animals does Robin act? Do you want to know? Ss:Yes! T:Today we are going to learn Unit5 Whose dog is it? PartB Read and write.(师板书课题) T:Let’s go !Are you ready? Ss:Go!! Step2 1. 师PPT呈现Robin模仿小熊跳舞的图片,师生对话,并讲解 T:Look at Picture1.What’s Robin doing? Ss:He is dancing. T:What does Sarah ask?Let’s say it together. Ss:What are you doing here,Robin? (呈现Robin回答的句子及语音,学生继续回答并模仿) Ss:I’m looking at a bear. I’m dancing like a bear. (师呈现小熊图片,并贴在黑板上,板书dancing like a bear)接下来请一组同学依次模仿Robin说的话,并配动作。 1. 师继续出示PPT展示Robin模仿小兔子吃胡萝卜的图片。师请同学们一起问Sarah提问Robin的问题: What are you doing here,Robin? T:Let’s look at Picture2 together.Ask together! Ss: What are you doing here,Robin? 师继续播放幻灯片,呈现Robin回答的句子及语音。(师贴上小兔子吃胡萝卜的图片并板书:eating like a rabbit)师拿出胡萝卜请第二组同学模仿小兔子吃胡萝卜的动作及所说的话。 1. 师继续播放PPT呈现老虎奔跑的图片,请同学们一起问:What are you doing here ,Robin? 学生一起回答:I’m looking at a tiger.I’m running like a tiger.(师出示老虎的图片并贴在黑板上,接下来板书:running like a tiger )师请第三组同学依次读I’m looking at a tiger.I’m running like a tiger.(并配奔跑的动作) 4.师继续播放幻灯片呈现大象走路的图片,同学们一起问:What are you doing here ,Robin? 学生一起回答:I’m looking at an elephant. I’m walking like an elephant. 师拿出大象的图片贴在黑板上,板书:walking like an elephant 接下来请第四组同学依次练习I’m looking at an elephant.I’m walking like an elephant.并配走路的动作。 2. 师接着呈现猴子爬树的图片,同学们看到图片之后一起问:What are you doing here ,Robin? 继续呈现Robin回答的句子及录音,学生一起回答 I’m looking at a monkey. I’m climbing like him. 师出示猴子的图片并贴在黑板上,板书climbing like him. 请第五组学生边做爬的动作边说:I’m looking at a monkey. I’m climbing like him. 5.师呈现鸟飞的图片,同学们一起问:What are you doing here, Robin?师继续呈现Robin回答的句子并播放录音,I’m looking at a bird.I like flying.I want to be a bird. 同学们先听再模仿着一起说。师出示鸟的图片并板书: I like flying. 接下来第六组同学依次模仿Robin说的话I’m looking at a bird.I like flying.I want to be a bird. 1. 师呈现小鱼水里游的图片,播放Sarah 提问的录音Robin,do you want to swim like a fish? 学生跟读。 继续出示Robin的回答No!No!I don’t want to be a fish! 学生齐读并模仿可以分为boys&girls角色扮演。 Step3 1.完成Task1. T:Open your books and turn to Page53. Read the passage and practice with your partners. (给学生两分钟时间练习)接下来找同学表演,师拿出头饰,请同学们到前面表演(Robin及各种动物依次表演) 2.表演过后,完成Task2,根据短文内容,回答书后问题。 T:Answer the questions according to the passage. 师呈现问题,找生依次回答问题。 Step4. Summary 小结(德育渗透) 请同学们欣赏一组可爱的小动物的图片和一组小动物被残忍杀害的图片,呼吁同学们:保护动物,人人有责! 1.呈现一组可爱动物的图片 T:The animals are very cute!Do you think so? Ss:Yes! 2.呈现第二组残忍动物被杀害的图片 T:But now some of our human beings are very cruel.They often kill rare animals in order to earn more money.We should protect the animals from now on.
