Choosing to get rid of or limit the meat you eat can bring you many of the health benefits of a vegetarian diet. In addition to the health benefits of a vegetarian diet, you will also reduce your share of the suffering that human beings bring to animals.‎ Many people start vegetarian diets without doing nutritional research and learning what a balanced vegetarian diet makes up. As a result, a large number of new vegetarians complain that they lack energy.   4  Others find quite a few other problems that come with a poorly balanced vegetarian diet.‎ Not everyone wants to be a vegetarian. Accepting this is part of being a vegetarian with style.   5  Stylish vegetarians should also be able to turn down a meaty dish politely without annoying their hosts.‎ A. What do vegetarians eat?‎ B. If you don’t value the people or the culture, then you don’t value the language. So make efforts to learn about the native culture if you want to know the native language. Face book is an example of this type. Many people like to play games on the Internet and, yes, there are social media games as well. These games allow gamers to interact with each other and play with or against other gamers.3 The final type of social media is websites like Second Life, where people can create avatars(化身)and use and create objects, as if they were in the real world.‎ Social media are different from traditional media. With social media, many individual people in different places create content.‎ Another difference is that people who produce content in social media don't need very special skills.4 It takes only a few minutes to write a twitter post, for example.‎ ‎5 But whatever you might think, social media is here to stay.‎ A.World of Warcraft is a good example.‎ B.And social media content can be produced much faster.‎ C.In general,there are six different types of social media.‎ D.Another type of social media are social networking sites.‎ E.Some people think social media is good and some think it is bad.‎ F.In traditional media,people need special skills to produce something.‎ G.Social media is one of the fastest-growing industries in today's world.‎ G With modern technology, much written communication tends to focus on the keyboard, but handwriting is still a necessary and important skill.   1    Here are some tips for you to improve your handwriting.‎ ‎   Examine Your Handwriting ‎    2  Look through your writing to decide what makes it difficult to read or what makes it unattractive. Perhaps you write your letters too small. Check on spacing of letters and words, and proper formation of letters. If your letters are small, put more effort into writing larger letters. If certain letters trip you up, practice those letters separately and within words.‎ ‎   Write Correctly ‎   Positioning and technique play a role in how your handwriting looks. Hold the pen between your thumb and first two fingers so that it rests against your fingers. Hold it firmly enough to control the tip but not so hard that it hurts your fingers. Lighter pressure on the paper helps you create smooth lines and focus on your letter formation.   3 ‎ ‎   4 ‎ ‎   Letters are formed from several basic strokes(笔划). Practice those strokes separately to get your hand used to forming them. Strokes found in letters include vertical lines, horizontal lines, and circles. For example, instead of beginning with “I saw your advertisement in today’s newspaper” you might say “I have made a careful study of your advertising during the past six months” or I have made a survey in my neighborhood to find out how many housewives use your product and why they like it.”‎ ‎  3    Be clear about the kind of job for which you are now applying. College graduates looking for their first positions often ask what they can provide in a letter and what if employers warn experience, which, naturally, no beginner has.  4   ‎ It is important to write a good strong closing for your letter. Make a specific request for an interview or give the possible employer something definite to do or expect.  5  That makes it easier for a possible employer to get in touch in you.‎ A. Here are a few suggestions for you to prepare yourself better for your interview.‎ B. An excellent idea is to enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your letter.‎ C. Here are some tips to keep in mind to stay focused on your work when working at home:‎ Set and keep regular office hours.‎ ‎       __1   Then try your best to leave work at the “office” and turn your phone on silent and enjoy the rest of your day. Give yourself some time to recharge so you can be as productive as possible.‎ Plan and structure your work days.‎ ‎       Structure your work days to maximize(取最大值) efficiency. He/She may also receive a consequence from the school, depending on the classroom discipline policy.    2     ‎ ‎    To prevent your teen from being sleepy in class, try these three tips:‎ ‎* Set a time for “lights out” on school nights. This is never be any later than 10 p. m. and preferably 9 p.m.    3     Soft music can be on and used to help calm your teen.                          ‎ ‎* Help your teen develop a night-time routine that involves activities that slow them down for the end of the day.    4     Turning off the computer and disconnecting from friends and the excitement of the day an hour before bedtime will also help your teen relax.‎ ‎*    5     This will reinforce(增强)what it feels like to be rested and capable of accomplishing what he/she wants.‎ A.
