小学及初中英语现在进行时基本用法

现在进行时 一、 定义：现在进行时表示现在正在发生的动作或存在的状态。‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ past now future ‎ （一）用来表示说话时正在进行或者发生的动作，‎ ‎ Mother is cooking in the kitchen.妈妈在厨房里煮饭。‎ ‎ What are you looking at? 你在看什么？‎ ‎ （二）用来表示现阶段正在进行的动作（但说话时不一定在进行）。常和 at present(目前)、 this week(本周)、these days(这几天), all the time(一直)…等时间状语连用。‎ ‎ Is she writing a novel? 她正在写一本小说吗？‎ ‎ What lessons are you studying this week? (说话时并不在学校)‎ ‎ These days Uncle Wang is building a small room for his dog.‎ ‎ （三）用来表示即将发生的动作，一般是指按计划或者安排好要发生的动作。适用于这种情况的动词主要有：go,come,leave,start,arrive等。例如:‎ ‎ I’m going home in half an hour.我一个半小时内要回家。‎ ‎ The train is arriving soon.火车很快就要到达了。‎ ‎ （四）常和表示时间状语的词一起用：now(现在),right now(正好此刻)，at the moment(在现在) 或 “It is +几点钟”。‎ ‎ Listen! Lily is dancing in the next room. ‎ ‎ Look! The dog is running after the car ‎ ‎ （五）句中用到 ”listen!” “Look!” “Keep quiet!” 等提示语，表明说话间另一个动作正在进行，这时句子也用现在进行时。‎ ‎ Keep quiet! The teachers are talking in their office.‎ 二、 结构：‎ ‎ （一）肯定句：主语+be (is、am、are) +现在分词+其它。如：‎ ‎ We are having an English class now.‎ ‎ （二）否定句：主语+be (is、am、are) +not+现在分词+其它。‎ ‎ We are not having an English class now.‎ ‎ （三）一般疑问句：Be (is、am、are) + 主语+现在分词+其它 +？‎ ‎ 肯定回答：Yes, 主语+be (is、am、are ) 。否定回答：No , 主语+be (is、am、are) +not。‎ ‎ Are you having an English class now? Yes, we are。 No, we aren’t ‎ （四）特殊疑问句，疑问词＋be (am, is, are)＋主语＋现在分词？回答特殊疑问时，根据不同的疑问词的情况来决定回答方式。回答what提问时，答语是现在进行时的肯定形式；回答who提问时，只需说明主语是谁，再加相应的be动词即可。‎ ‎ What is he doing? He is writing a letter. 他正在干什么？他正在写信。‎ ‎ Who is swimming in the lake? Jim is. 谁正在湖里游泳？吉姆正在游泳。‎ 三、 动词变现在分词的规则：‎ ‎ 动词变现在分词可有如下口诀:“一添一去y不变”. ‎ ‎ “一添”指双写规则；‎ ‎ “一去”指去掉不发音字母e规则；‎ ‎ “y不变”指要与名词变复数区分开。‎ ‎ （一）一般情况下直接在词后加- ing . ‎ ‎ go---going ask---asking study---studying do---doing drink---drinking fly-----flying ‎ （二）以不发音的“e”结尾的，去“e”加- ing . ‎ ‎ ride---riding make---making have---having give---giving come---coming live---living leave---leaving write---writing 但是：see---seeing ( ee 是组合不去e)‎ ‎ （三）以重读闭音节结尾的，双写后一个辅音字母再加-ing.‎ ‎ put---putting sit---sitting stop---stopping shop---shopping get---getting swim---swimming let---letting cut---cutting run---running begin---beginning hit---hitting dig---digging win---winning ‎ （四）特殊词 ‎ lie----lying tie---tying die---dying 四、现在进行时知识点 ‎ （一）把动词变成现在分词形式易出错 ‎　　 They are swiming.(正确为swimming)‎ ‎　　 Jenny is plaiing(play)football.（正确为playing）‎ ‎　　 （二）丢掉be动词或忘记把动词变成现在分词 ‎　 Look,two children flying a kite in the park.（正确为are flying） ‎ ‎　　 Li Ming isn’t read a book in bed now. （正确为isn’t reading）‎ ‎　　　　 解析:现在进行时肯定句的结构规律为: “be+现在分词,缺一不可”。‎ ‎　　 （三）对动词或动词词组提问时丢掉doing ‎　 The students are singing in the room.(对划线部分提问)‎ ‎　　 What are the students in the room?（正确应为 are the students doing ）‎ ‎　　 解析:现在进行时态中对动作提问可记住此句式“What +be +主语+doing+其它?”‎ ‎　　或简写为“What......doing......”?句式。‎ ‎　 　（四）现在进行时态的选择疑问句中易忽视or后用现在分词形式 ‎　 孩子们在跑还是在跳？Are the children running or jump?（错误）‎ ‎　　 正确应为：Are the children running or jumping?‎ ‎ 解析: or连接的是两个并列成分，动词形式须一致。‎ 五、没有进行时的动词（了解）‎ ‎ 表示状态、思想、感情和感觉的动词不能表示正在进行的动作。因此一般不能用进行时。‎ ‎ （一）表示感觉的感官动词，see（看见）、hear（听见），notice(留意)等不能用现在进行时：‎ ‎ I’m hearing the sound. (错) I hear the sound. (对)‎ ‎ Are you hearing the noise of a plane? (错) Do you hear the noise of a plane? (对)‎ ‎ （二）表示态度和感情、心理状态、继续等意思的动词，如：like (喜欢), love(爱)、know(知道)、want(需要)、hope（希望）、hate（恨）、think（认为）、agree（同意）、believe（相信）等.‎ ‎ I’m liking dogs. (错) I like dogs. (对)‎ ‎ （三）3. have(has) 当“拥有” 讲时 ‎ I’m having a lot of books. (错) I have a lot of books. (对)‎ ‎ 但当 have(has) 当“吃饭、开会……玩得愉快……”等意思时，可用进行时。‎ ‎ We are having a good time.‎ ‎ ‎ 练 习 一 一、单选 ‎　　1、 Look!
