They are usually like human servants . They help with the housework and do jobs like working in dirty or dangerous places. 2.Today there are already robots working in factories . Some can help to build cars, and they do simple jobs over and over again . Fewer people will do such jobs in the future because they are boring, but robots will never get bored. Careful reading 精读 进入阅读环节中的Careful reading环节时，为了降低语篇难度，也为了节约时间，我进行了分段教学，即给课文的每个段落精心设计了几个任务，让学生带着任务去阅读。 1. What do the robots look like in the movies? 2. What can the robots do for people? 3. Where are the robots already working? 4. What kinds of jobs do the robots do? Why? Paragraphs 1-2: Answer the questions. They look like human servants in the movies. They help with the housework and do jobs like working in dirty or dangerous places. They are already working in factories. They do simple and boring jobs over and over again. Because they will never get bored. Scientists are now trying to make robots look like humans and do the same things as we do. Some robots in Japan can walk and dance. They are fun to watch. However, some scientists believe that although we can make robots move like people, it will be difficult to make them really think like a human. For example, scientist James White thinks that robots will never be able to wake up and know where they are. But many scientists disagree with Mr. White.
