2020届二轮复习 应用文写作考纲解读及写作指导 应用文包括信件、日记、通知等。考生运用恰当句式、语法和词汇讲 述信件、日记、通知等内容。准确使用语法、词汇,考生应做到文章扣 题,结构完整,内容充实、健康,思想活跃,逻辑清晰,语言准确,交际得 体。试题鼓励考生通过观察和分析,确定立意,把自己的理解和写作要 求有机地结合起来。 命题规律趋势探究 考纲解读 命题规律 从2014年开始北京市高考取消开放作文,增加一个以交流为目的的提纲 类作文。此类作文更加关注学生是否能够使用恰当的语言完成书面交 际任务,通常以书信、口头通知、邀请函等形式进行考查。 考点分布 近几年北京高考应用文考查方式分布表如下: 年份 2017年 2016年 2015年 2014年 体裁 书信 书信 件 书信 题材 旅游 介绍中国历史人物 舟训练营 旅游 命题趋势 应用文写作以交流为目的,一般是考生熟悉的话题内容,贴近考生生活,难 度一般不是很大。历史、文化、传统相关话题是备考应用文写作的重点 话题,且更加注重命题的开放性以及学生是否能够使用恰当的语言生成书 面交际任务。 突破方法 掌握应用文写作的逻辑和层次,积累实用词汇,训练开放的逻辑思维,活 学活用,真正达到“用应用文解决一件事情”的高考写作目标。 考点知识全面总结 考点一 常考文体详解 应用文是我们日常生活、工作和学习中经常接触到的一种文体,具有较强 的实用性。因此近些年高考对考生在这方面的写作要求相当普遍,这种文 体能够充分考查考生的书面表达能力。具体来说,常见的应用文有书信、 日记、通知、便条、电子邮件、启事、简历和海报等。通过应用文我们 就可以将关键信息传达给对方,处理学习、工作或生活中的某些问题,从 而实现与他人交流的目的。 应用文有明确的交流范围和一定的阅读对象,不同的应用文有自身的行文 特征和格式要求,传达信息及时,内容与我们日常生活、工作和学习联系 紧密,是我们身边不可或缺的交流手段和渠道,有了解和掌握的必要性。 一、书信 书信是高考英语书面表达中比较常的考查方式。在文体上,书信包括 商信函和私人信函。从内容方面说,书信包括邀请信、感谢信、投诉 信、建议信、慰问信、介绍信、自荐信、咨信、求助信和求职信 等。在格式上有些比较正式,有些则随意一些。子件(e-mail)是建 立在计算机网络基础上的一种通信形式,与书面书信在格式上差不多, 由称呼、正文和落款三部分组成,没有一般的书面书信正式。 具体来说,书信常由以下五部分组成: 1.地址和日期:又称信或信端,包括寄信人通信地址和写信日期。写信 人的地址和日期常置于右上角。从上到下先写地址后写日期,地址和日 期的写法要符合英文书写的习惯,一般是从小到大。每行的后面可用标 点符号,也可以不用。如前面几行的末尾都用逗号,最后一行写信日期 的后面则用句号。日期有两种写法,如3 May,2015或May 3,2015。亲友 之通信可省去地址,但必须有日期。 信内地址要写收信人的姓名和地址,在私人信件中,这一项常常省略。 该项写在信日期下一行的左上角,格式与寄信人地址一。 2.称呼:指写信人对收信人的称谓,称呼直接写在收信人地址的正下方, 中空一至二行,如何称呼由写信人和收信人的双方关系确定,如以 Dear...或My dear...开。称呼语后一般用逗号,正式信函用冒号。 3.正文:正文是书信的主体部分,是写信人和收信人要谈论或解决的主要 内容。一般来说,一封好的英文书信应符合正确、简洁、礼貌、字迹清 晰等这几个基本要求。层次应该分明,正文首先解决之前对方关心的问 题,出于礼貌,把对方放在首位,然后再问对方自己关注的问题或陈述 自己的解。正文常开语有:How are you going these days?/ I am glad to receive your letter yesterday./I am writing to tell you sth./I am writ- ing to ask you about sth./I am writing to invite you to do sth. 4.结束语:结束语位于正文之后,通常置于正文最后一行的下,结束语 是写信人对收信人的谦称和致敬。常用的结束语有:Please give my re- gards to...,With best wishes等。 5.签名:写信人要在结束语下面签名,以表示对信件中的全部内容负责。 签名应写在结束语下行中偏右位置,但现在由于子件的普遍使 用,为了打字方便,很多人将这两个部分打或写在信纸左端、正文之下 两三行,与信内地址、称呼以及正文各段的左端垂直排。除了对熟 悉的朋友或亲属以外,签名必须写全姓名。具体如下图所示: (一)解题技巧 1.认真审题,严密构思:审题包括审人称、审时态和审要点,书信表达内 容做到覆盖所有提示中的要点。 2.首先解决对方关心的问题,然后表达自己的疑问,即书信表达内容的先 后顺序做到“先人后己”。 3.高分制造技巧: (1)熟悉格式:尤其写好书信/件开问候语,表明来意。近几年高考中 应用文的开和结尾一般给出,但平时书信体书面表达尽量完整演练。 (2)厚积薄:平时多接触不同的情景交流,积累主题词汇,关键之时模仿, 增加表达的地道性。 (3)取佳作范文:语言表达的灵活性来自初级的背诵,背佳作范文、典 句,零距离触摸遣词造句的术所在;注意积累不同语言情景串句成文的 过渡语和关词。 (二)书信/邮件常用委婉语 1.I’d like to invite you to join us for a visit. 2.I’d like to know something more about the courses. 3.If you are able to come with us, please let us know and we’ll go together... 4.Would you please call for me...? 5.You can write anything relevant so long as it is convenient. 6.Could you come to our party? 7.I am afraid that I can’t go with you. 8.I’m sorry that I can’t go with you as planned. 9.I wish you could understand. 10.I wonder if you could do me a favor? 11.Would you please let me know if you need further information? 12.I’m writing this letter to express my apology to you for not writing you back in time. 13.I’ll be so happy if you could accept my apology. 14.I would appreciate it if you could give me an early reply. 15.I’m wondering if you can come to our party. 16.I hope I will be accepted as a member of your summer camp. 17.Could you please let me know which day is OK with you? 18.We hope you will accept our invitation if it is convenient for you. 19.Please call me at 44676556 if you have any questions. 20.If you come, you can choose three of the following four courses. 21.Please let me know if you are interested and if you have any other ques- tions. 22.I’d be more than happy to help. 23.If you are interested, please call Li Hua at 13011223344 for an interview. Regards, Li Hua 二、日记 英文日记和中文日记一,可以用来叙述一天中所生的有意的事情或 对将来的打算等。日记可分为记叙、议论、描写及抒情等。记叙是用 英语叙述当天自己生活、学习中生的事情。议论是对生活中的某一 事情或现象谈自己的看法,表议论。描写或抒情,则是对某人物、某 事物的特征进行细致的描述,或针对某事物抒自己的感情。 (一)解题技巧 1.格式 一般是在左上角写上当天日期和星期,时间的排列顺序与书信一致,星期 写在日期之后;右上角写上当天的天气情况,表示天气情况的词一般是形 容词,如:fine(晴朗的),cold(寒冷的),snowy(下雪的),sunny(阳光灿烂 的),rainy(下雨的),cloudy(阴天的)等。日记的小标题写在下一行,也可 省略不写。 2.时态 写日记的时间一般是下午、晚上,有时也可以在第二天补写。因此,日记 中所叙述的事情通常发生在过去,常用一般过去时;但当叙述天气、描写 景色或展望未来时,可以用一般现在时或一般将来时。 3.正文 写日记不是记流水账,要抓住最有趣、最有意义、最难忘的事情,并结合 自己的体会写。 4.人称 由于日记的内容多为叙述自己的亲身历或抒感慨,所以多用第一人称 和第三人称。 5.顺序 无论是哪种型的日记,都应该注意写作的顺序。记叙的一定要交代 好事情生的前后顺序,议论抒情的一定要做到先叙述,后议论。 6.高分制造技巧: (1)认真审题,严密构思:一要做到覆盖所有提示中的要点,或挖掘图画中 的有效信息点;二要做到全面审题,包括审人称、审时态和审要点,日记 体裁即记当天或昨天生过的事情,因此一般属于过去时态,议论、说 理或感想部分则属于一般现在时。 (2)升事件,有感慨结:日记不只是记当天所、所闻、所历,还应该 据此有所感,表达出自己的心情。只是就事说事,则成了流水账,没有讲 出来的意,讲就要讲出点名堂来。 (3)熟悉格式:英文日记格式与语的格式大致相同,但是,在日记内容表 达中要把握好事件生的时态,先后关系,首先做到严谨准确表达,然后 地道表达。 (4)厚积薄:平时多接触不同的情景,积累主题词汇,关键之时做到游刃 有余,模仿、表达的地道性自然由衷而,无语言造作之嫌。 (5)取佳作范文:语言表达的灵活性来自初级的背诵,背佳作范文、 典句,零距离触摸其遣词造句;注意积累不同语言情景中串句成文的过 渡语和关词。建议:平时坚持用英语写日记,写自己身的常事和 常人,表点个人看法。 (二)常用句型 1.We decided to go out for a picnic. 2.I had a pleasant outing with some of my classmates today. 3.Early in the morning,we set off for the farm for a visit. 4.When we reached the farm,we were given a warm welcome. 5.They showed us around the farm(We were shown around the farm),where we saw many kinds of plants. 6.We caught sight of a stream with green grass and beautiful flowers on both sides. 7.We were completely amazed at the wonder and the greatness of nature. 8.We jumped and shouted like innocent children. 9.Once on the top of the hill/The moment we got to the top of the hill,we were deeply struck/attracted by the beautiful scenery. 10.How we enjoyed the beautiful views from the top! 11.After being divided into groups,we set to work at once. 12.Some of us were getting water,some(were)cutting the meat and vegeta- bles,and others(were)sitting on the grass enjoying music. 13.Birds were singing sweetly in the trees and butterflies were dancing gracefully in the garden/fields. 14.When lunch time came,we sat on the grassland,eating and drinking happily. 15.The meal was so delicious that we enjoyed it very much. 16.We sang and danced together to the music. 17.Three hours had passed before we knew it. 18.Time had passed quickly before we knew it. 19.It was time for us to go back when the sun started to go down. 20.I spent the whole afternoon with my cousin enjoying the fine scenery and fresh air in the country. 21.At about four o’clock in the afternoon,we said goodbye to them. 22.At four o’clock in the afternoon we had to return. 23.They came out and saw us until we disappeared in the distance. 24.On the way back,we were laughing and talking all the time. 25.What a wonderful weekend we had! 26.We enjoyed ourselves very much. 27.Through these out-of-class activities we can learn a lot of things that can’ t be learned in class. 28.Although we were tired,we felt very happy.I think it’s our duty to cover our country with green.
