We faced constant comparisons in our physical appearance. People were always comparing our personalities and academic performances as well! This is my first time on TV! (17)‎ Listen, I just came back from Hawaii, and I wanted to tell you about my trip. The weather is great in Hawaii: sunshine and cool winds every day. Life is a little different compared to the “mainland”. Hawaiian people like to be outside, whether it’s on the beach, sitting outside at a cafe, or walking in the mountains and forests. (18)There are a number of islands that make up the state of Hawaii, which is the youngest of all the United States. Each island has a different environment and a different feel to it. Maui. located in the middle of the islands, is very popular with tourists and families. I was there for three days and had a great time during the day. But at nighttime, it was a little too quiet for me. Then we went to the island of Hawaii, better known as the “Big Island”. That place is famous for its volcanoes!(19) There are a couple things about Hawaii that I don’t like. One is the cost: it’s expensive to fly there, and hotels are usually very pricey. (20)The other is the fact that vegetables are not as common. I guess it’s harder to grow them there, and they re not really much part of the local diet.‎
