It’s not easy to learn a foreign language well. (=To learn a foreign language well is not easy.) It’s difficult for us to finish the work. It’s hard for me to answer your question. It’s very kind of you to help me. 1)of sb.和for sb. It’s foolish of him to go alone. (=He was foolish to go alone.) It’s kind of you to give me the book. (=You are kind to give me the book.) for sb. We are difficult to finish the work. 如: [正]To see is to believe. [误]It’s to believe to see. How to control the water pollution is a big problem. When to start the project remains undecided. 动词不定式做宾语 1)动词+不定式 afford aim appear agree arrange ask be decide care choose come dare demand desire determine expect elect endeavor hope fail happen help hesitate learn long mean manage offer ought plan prepare pretend promise refuse seem tend wait wish undertake 举例: The driver failed to see the other car in time. I happen to know the answer to your question. 2)动词+不定式;动词+宾语+不定式 ask, beg, choose, expect, hate, help, intend like, love, need, prefer, prepare, promise, want, with… I like to keep everything tidy. I like you to keep everything tidy. I want to speak to Tom. I want you to speak to Tom. Fighting broke out between the South and the North. Painting is his hobby. It is no use talking without doing. 【考例】 —What do you think made Mary so upset? — __________ her new bicycle. We don't allow anybody to smoke here. The window needs/requires/wants cleaning/to be cleaned. (5)动词forget,go on ,mean ,regret, remember, stop, try,be used to,can't help后跟动名词和跟不定式区别较大,须注意。 1、—Let's have a rest. —Not now.I don't want to stop __________ yet. Without effective (有效的) communication, a message can turn into error, misunderstanding, or even disaster. Communication is the process by which we exchange information between people. To communicate well is to understand and to be understood. Communication can be successful only when both the sender and the receiver understand the same information. In today's highly informational and technological environment, it has become more important to have good communication skills. Here are some important steps to communicate effectively: Know what you want to say and why. Understand clearly the purpose of your message. Know to whom you are communicating and why. How will you say it? We all know that it's not always what you say, but how you say it, that matters. Begin by making eye contact. You show trust and confidence when you look at others in the eyes when you speak. Second, pay attention to your body language, since it can say so much more than your words. By standing with your arms easily at your side, you tell others that you are open to hearing what they have to say. Communication is a two-way street. After you have said what you have to say, stop and listen. Practise your listening skills. Be considerate of other speakers by waiting until they've finished. While others are talking, listen carefully and never cut them off.
