M: Worse than that—it's her heart. I saw her with a big bag of things in her hand, so I took it home for her. W: Old people are in great danger at the moment. We should help them. M: We could get their medicine or take them to the hospital. W: I think doing their shopping would help them the most. They always need to do that. M: OK. How many old people are there in our street? W: There is the lady you saw. Then Mr. and Mrs. Jones... Oh, and there is the lady in the house at the end. M: I'll go to their houses and offer to shop for them. W: No, you can't do that. You will increase the risk of spreading the infection. M: Well, I don't know their phone numbers and they might not have email addresses. W: Put notes through their doors, telling them to call you.
