Unit 2 My country and English-speaking Countries Lesson 7 China ‎【教学目标】‎ ‎1. 掌握、运用map China, speak, Chinese and the capital city等词汇。‎ ‎2. 能够听、说、认读句子:What is the capital city of China? What do you speak in China? ‎ ‎3. 用简单的英语介绍我们的祖国古迹名胜。‎ ‎【教学重难点】‎ 重点:‎ 学习本课重点单词:map China, speak, Chinese and the capital city 难点:‎ 掌握句子: What is the capital city of China? What do you speak in China? ‎ ‎【课前准备】‎ 录音机,卡片。‎ ‎【教学过程】‎ Class Opening ‎ ‎1. 问候和自由交谈 T:Hello, everyone. Are you ready for our English class?‎ T:What do you like to do?‎ S1:I like to ____.‎ T:Where do you live?‎ S2:I live in China.‎ New Concept ‎1. Talk about the map ‎ ‎【设计意图:通过师生交流,辅以多媒体课件,让学生更有兴趣,且记忆深刻。】 ‎ ‎ This is a map of China.‎ ‎ 2. Ask a question.‎ What is the capital city of China? ‎ Do you know about Beijing?‎ ‎【设计意图:给学生机会请他们谈谈自己所了解的 Beijing。学生对他们感兴趣的话题很乐于来表达。】‎ ‎3. Listen and answer the questions. ‎ ‎(1). What is it?‎ ‎(2). Where do you live?‎ ‎(3). What do you speak?‎ ‎(4). What is the capital city of China?‎ ‎(5). What colour is the map of China?‎ ‎4. Introduction.‎ How to say it in English? Do you want to know?‎ China’s flag , Tian’anmen Square, the Palace Museum, the Great Wall, ect. ‎ 课件呈现 Tian’anmen Square , the Palace Museum, the Great Wall, Bird Nest ect.‎ ‎【设计意图:北京举办了奥运会,学生们对北京、对奥运场馆都很向往,利用这一契机,教给他们这些地方的英文,提高他们的学习积极性。同时,扩大了学生的知识面,感受到祖国的伟大,激发起他们强烈的爱国心和自豪感。】‎ Tips:观察 Beijing , English, China , Jenny…‎ ‎(引导学生总结出这一规律:国家、语言、地点、人名等的首字母都要大写) ‎ ‎【设计意图:学生对于自己思考、分析出来的规律记忆才会深刻,同时培养学生自主学习的能力。】‎ Practice Pair work:Introduce China.‎ ‎“This is a map of our country.‎ We live in China.
