专题（五） 连词 第二篇　语法专题突破 考点一　并列连词 　　并列连词表示并列关系或选择关系,有些还可以表示转折关系或因果关系。 　连词是用来连接单词、词组或句子的词,在句中不能单独作句子成分。连词 按其性质可分为并列连词和从属连词两大类。 分类 连词 含义及用法 例句 并列 关系 and 　“和;而且”,连接主、谓、 宾、表等并列成分 I will write soon and tell you more about the life in China. 我将尽快写 信告诉你更多有关在中国生活的事。 both…and… 　“……和……”,连接两个并 列主语时,谓语动词用复数形 式 Both my father and my mother are doctors. 我的爸爸和妈妈都是医生。 not only… but also… 　“不但……而且……”,连接 两个并列主语时,谓语动词要 与最近的主语保持一致 Not only you but also he speaks. 不但你而且他也讲话了。 分类 连词 含义及用法 例句 并列 关系 neither… nor… 　“既不……也不……”,连接 两个并列主语时,谓语动词要 与最近的主语保持一致 Neither I nor he has been to France. 我和他都没有去过法国。 as well as “也;和”,连接两个并列主 语时(强调前者),谓语动词与 as well as前面的主语一致 Jim as well as I is responsible for the work. 不但是我,吉姆对这项工作也负有责任。 转折 关系 but 　“但是”, 不和though或 although连用 I like English, but I don't like PE. 我喜欢英语,但是我不喜欢体育。 while “然而” He is short, while his brother is tall. 他个子矮,而他哥哥个子高。 分类 连词 含义及用法 例句 因果 关系 so “因此;所以” (不和 because同时使用),表 示结果 I was ill, so I didn't go to school. 我病了,所以没去上学。 for “因为”,用于补充说 明理由,不放在句首 The days are long, for it is May now. 白天长,因为现在是五月份。 选择 关系 or “或者;否则” Put on more clothes, or you'll get a cold. 多穿点衣服,否则你会感冒的。 either… or… “或者……或者……”, 连接两个并列主语时, 谓语动词要与最近的 主语保持一致 Either you or I am going to attend the meeting. 或者你或者我将去参加这个会议。 [注意] (1)祈使句+or+陈述句,前后是对立关系; 祈使句+and+陈述句,前后是顺承关系。 Study hard, or you won't pass the exam/and you will pass the exam. 努力学习,否则你通不过这次考试/你就会通过这次考试。 两者都可以转换成if引导的条件状语从句,但要去掉or, and。 If you don't study hard, you won't pass the exam./If you study hard, you will pass the exam. 如果你不努力学习,你就通不过这次考试。/如果你努力学习,你就会通过这次考试。 (2)在并列的否定句中,连词连接的两部分若都有否定词,则用and连接而不用or。 He didn't go with us and didn't see the film star.他没有和我们一起去,并且没有 见到电影明星。 考点二　从属连词 　　从属连词用来引导各种从句,如状语从句、宾语从句、定语从句等。 1.引导状语从句 引导状语从句的连词有when, while, before, after, until, since, as soon as, if(如果), as…as…, not so/as…as…, so that, so…that…, because, though, although等。 分类 连词 例句 表示 时间 when/while 当……时 My mother was cooking when I got home. 当我到家时,我妈妈正在做饭。 Don't talk while you're eating. 吃饭时不要说话。 分类 连词 例句 表示 时间 before 在……之前 Try to finish your work before you leave. 你离开前尽力把你的工作做完。 after 在……之后 After we have finished tea, we will sit on the grass. 喝完茶之后我们将坐在草地上。 till/until 直到…… They kept on working until it became dark. 他们一 直工作到天黑。 as soon as 一……就…… I'll let you know as soon as I hear from her. 我一收 到她的来信就通知你。 since 自从 She's been playing tennis since she was eight. 她从 八岁起就打网球了。 分类 连词 例句 表示 条件 if 如果 If it is fine tomorrow, I will go for a picnic. 如果明天晴天,我就去野餐。 unless 除非 You will fail unless you work hard. 你若不努力就会失败。 表示 原因 because 因为 He couldn't go to school because he had a cold. 他因感冒而不能去上学。 since 既然 Since everybody is here, let's begin our discussion. 既然大家都到了,我们就开始讨论吧。 as 因为 As he is not at home, please leave a message.由于他不 在家,请留个口信。 分类 连词 例句 表示 目的 so that 以便于 Speak clearly so that they may understand you. 说清楚,以便他们能明白你的意思。 in order that 为了 We used the computer in order that we might save time. 我们使用计算机是为了节约时间。 表示 结果 so…that…如此……以 至于…… It's so difficult a question that none of us can answer it. 那是一个很难的问题,以至于我们没有一个人能回答它。 such…that…如 此……以至于…… He shut the window with such force that the glass broke. 他关窗户用力很大,结果玻璃震碎了。 分类 连词 例句 表示 让步 though/although 虽然;尽管 Although/Though he is tired, he is very happy. 他虽然累却很快乐。 表示 比较 (not) as…as… (不)如…… 一样…… Carol speaks English as well as you do. 卡罗尔 英语说得和你一样好。 [注意] so…that…与such…that… (1)so…that…中的so是副词,其后只能跟形容词或副词,而such…that…中的such是 形容词,后接名词或名词短语。 I'm so tired that I can't walk any farther. 我太累了,不能再走了。 (2)如果名词前有many, much, little, few等修饰时,用so,不用such。 He has so little education that he is unable to get a job. 他受到的教育如此少以至于找不到工作。 2.引导宾语从句 引导宾语从句的从属连词有that, if/whether, what, when, where等。 We know that the earth goes around the sun. 我们知道地球绕着太阳转。 Can you tell me why he didn't show up yesterday evening? 你能告诉我他昨晚为什么没有出现吗? 3.引导定语从句 引导定语从句的从属连词有 that, who, which, whose, whom, when, where, why 等。 I prefer the music that I can dance to. 我更喜欢能随之起舞的音乐。 This is the hospital where my son was born. 这就是我儿子出生的医院。 对 接 中 考 专 练 1.
