Module 2 My family Unit 1 Is this your mum?‎ Background information:‎ 课题 Module 2 Family Unit 1 Is this your mum?‎ 讲课教师 学科 英语 年级 初一 教材 外研社英语七年级(上)‎ 指导思想 为学生创设真实语境,在真实语境中学习语言和开展活动,让学生更容易建立与所学内容的共鸣,并且有目的地去完成任务。‎ 教学背景 分析 ‎【学生】‎ 本节课授课对象是初一普通班,学习热情较高,表现欲强,能够积极参与到课堂中来,但英语水平参差不齐,部分学生基础薄弱, 因此,我设计的教学内容由浅入深,循序渐进,再通过合作学习的方式,一定程度上减缓学生间的英语差距,使每个学生都能充分的参与到语言实践中来,‎ 并有充足的表达机会。‎ ‎【教材】‎ 外研版教材中Module 2Unit 1课文为教学内容的一节听说课。‎ 教学目标 ‎【知识与技能】‎ By the end of the lesson:‎ 1. Students will be able to comprehend the listening material.‎ 2. Students will be able to know how to address their family members. ‎ 3. Students will be able to briefly describe one’s family photo by using the prepositional phrases. ‎ ‎【过程与方法】‎ 采用多媒体辅助教学,运用情景交际法,以及任务型教学途径,在所创设的真实语境中,引导学生了解并掌握与family相关词汇和文化,使学生能够通过学习听力活动中所输入的单词和句子,以演和说的形式输出,从而提高学生的听说能力。‎ ‎【情感态度与价值观】‎ 帮助学生树立热爱家庭的价值观。‎ 重点、难点 1. Using correct words to address family members.‎ 2. Making up a dialogue by using a family photo.‎ 课型 听说课 教学资源 投影仪、电脑、学案 Teaching procedures:‎ 教学阶段 教师活动 学生活动 设置意图 时间安排 lead in Ask Ss to guess the topic.‎ Ø Read and guess the topic together.‎ Ø To arouse ‎ Ss’ interest.‎ Ø To introduce the topic.‎ ‎1’‎ Pre-listening:‎ Ø Tell Ss that we will talk about 2 families today. ‎ Ø Introduce Tony’s family (1st family) and teach Ss how to address family members.‎ Ø Give Ss a “Quick Response”.‎ Ø Look at the Tony’s family tree and learn the words.‎ Ø Do the ‎“Quick Response”:‎ Ø To learn the new words.‎ Ø To prepare for the listening.‎ Ø To practice the new words.‎ ‎6’‎ While-‎ listening:‎ Ø Let Ss listen to the dialogue of Tony’s family photo and complete the table.‎ Ø Check the answer.‎ Ø Teach and write the position prepositions on the blackboard.‎ Ø Listen to the dialogue and complete the table.‎ Ø Take notes.‎ Ø To understand the dialogue.‎ Ø To learn ‎ the position Preposition.‎ Ø To get ready for the game.‎ ‎10’‎ Play a Game ‎‘Who is he/she?”‎ Ø Explain how to play the game and emphasis the rules. ‎ Ø Give an example: Choose one of them in my mind and give them only one hint: “It’s a girl/boy”. And then, let them guess who he/she is by using the questions (PPT).‎ ‎(Example)‎ Ø Give Ss 2 minutes to ‎ Ø Guess “Who is she/ he?”‎ Ø Understand how to play the game.‎ Ø Prepare the person he will choose.‎ Ø To practice the position Prepositions.‎ Ø To get ready for the speaking.‎ ‎10’‎ practice in pairs.‎ Ø Guess together.‎ Ø Guess together.‎ Speaking:‎ ‎ “My Family ‎ photo”‎ Ø Let Ss guess the second family.‎ ‎(my family)‎ Ø Show my family photo to Ss and lead Ss to ask me some questions to know my family members.‎ ‎ (Example)‎ Ø Give them some useful sentences.‎ Ø Give them 5 minutes to talk about their families in pairs.‎ Ø Call some students to show their dialogues by using their family photos.‎ Ø To know my family members by asking me the questions.‎ Ø Talk about their family photos in pairs and make up dialogues.‎ Ø Show their dialogues in pairs.‎ Ø To practice how to address the family members and use the position prepositions.‎ ‎10’‎ Summary ‎ Ø Summary the lesson and lead Ss to love their families by asking some questions.‎ Ø Answer the questions and try to experience their families.‎ Ø To achieve the emotional objective.‎ ‎2’‎ Homework: Complete the poster “My Family Photo” and describe it to us tomorrow.‎ ‎1’‎
